Tuition Insurance: Peace of Mind for Your Camp Experience
We understand that unexpected events can arise, preventing your child from attending camp. While our refund policy is limited (see details below), we’ve partnered with Program Protector to offer tuition insurance that provides additional coverage beyond our standard refund policy.
We highly recommend considering Tuition Insurance to protect your investment. For more details, you can explore the Standard Plan or Extended Plan options below.
Please note that tuition insurance is not included automatically. You’ll need to purchase the program through Program Protector’s website. The camper application will provide a direct link to these options. If you decide to add coverage after initial enrollment, you can still purchase Program Protector Insurance before your final payment is due.

Fees and Enrollment: Simple, Flexible, and Secure
To secure your camper’s spot, a $100 deposit per week is required at the time of enrollment.
Enroll Before May 15, 2026
If you enroll before May 15th, you can pay at your own pace! Simply log into your “My IDC” account to make partial payments anytime until May 14th, 2026. On May 15th, any remaining balance will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. Please note, if full payment is not received by this date, your deposit becomes non-refundable, and your camper’s spot may be offered to a waitlisted camper.
Enroll On or After May 15, 2026 – Full Tuition Due
For enrollments on or after May 15th, full tuition payment for all weeks enrolled is due at the time of application.
Important: IDC does not accept payments or credit card information over the phone. All payments must be made securely online through your “My IDC” account.

Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy: Important Information
We review and update our Cancellation Policy annually, so please be sure to read the entire policy carefully before enrolling.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your camper's enrollment and apply for any applicable refund, you must complete our "Cancellation Form". This form is available under the "Forms & Documents" tab in your "MY IDC" account. You must submit this form to initiate any refund request. The refund amount is based on the date we receive the cancellation form.
Date-Dependent Refunds
• Cancellation Form Received Before May 15th: Refund equals tuition payments minus a $50 processing fee per week canceled.
• Cancellation Form Received On or After May 15th: No refund will be issued. This also applies to campers who withdraw after arriving at camp. Additionally, there will be no reduction in fees for late arrivals or early departures.
We reserve the right to dismiss or refuse any camper whose behavior is deemed detrimental to themselves, the camp, or other campers, without refund.
Tuition Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing the tuition insurance policy we offer to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
