International Day Camp sessions run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch included). Early Drop-Off and late Pick-Up programs are available.
7:15 - 7:30 AM (Breakfast included)
5:30 - 6:00 PM (Dinner Included)
Any registrations prior to May 1st, 2018 will require a $50 deposit per week enrolled.
The balance of the tuition will be automatically charged to the credit card on file in your parent account on May 1st, 2018. Up until that date you may pay at your own rate by logging into your parent account and making a partial payment.
Any registrations on or after May 1st, 2018 must be paid in full.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing your child from attending camp. As our refund policy is limited (See below), we are delighted to have partnered with Program Protector to provide tuition insurance above and beyond our refund policy.
We highly recommend that you consider investing in Tuition Insurance coverage. For more information, please click on Standard Plan or Extended Plan below.
Tuition Insurance is not automatic. You must purchase the program on Program Protector's website. The camper application will directly link you to and from these websites. If you do not opt to purchase the Program Protector Insurance at the time of initial enrollment, but later decide you want coverage, Program Protector Insurance is available for purchase before your final payment is made.
Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy
Every year we review and update our Cancellation Policy. Please be sure to read the entire policy before enrollment.
Our "Cancellation Form" must be completed to notify us of a cancellation and to apply for any applicable refund. The "Cancellation Form" is found under the "Forms & Documents" tab in your "MY IGC" account. You must submit this form to initiate any refund request. The amount refunded depends on the date the cancellation form is received by our office.
Date dependent refunds
• Cancellation form received before May 1st: Refund equals tuition payments less a $50 processing charge for each week cancelled.
• Cancellation form received on or after May 1st: There is no refund. No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws any time after arriving at camp. There is no reduction of fees for late arrival or early departure.
We reserve the right to dismiss or refuse, without refund, any camper whose conduct is detrimental to themselves, to the camp, or to other campers.
